Your Mission:
This isn’t just a planning role – it’s a pivotal position where you’ll be orchestrating the entire production process. From developing dynamic production plans to solving problems on the fly, you’ll ensure that everything runs like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the production flow: Release and manage production orders based on demand, making sure everything is on track to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solve like a pro: Identify potential bottlenecks, from missing components to shifting priorities, and develop quick, effective solutions.
• Optimize inventory: Analyze finished goods stock and production demands to ensure we’re always one step ahead, balancing supply and demand like a master.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with internal departments and suppliers to keep everything moving, and contribute to high-impact projects that drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage technology: Use SAP and other tools to gather data, streamline processes, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Support mid-term and long-term production capacity planning, helping to shape our strategy for success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: At least high school graduation
• Experience: At least 1 year in production or logistics planning.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel. You can speak in Hungarian and English in profiency level. It is important to have a systems and process approach, to be flexible, to recognise different contexts and to be able to prioritise. Experience in ERP and SAP is an advantage.
• Mindset: A team player who’s flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of challenges with a sense of urgency.
