Your responsibilities within Atlas Copco:
In this position you will have the overall responsibility for the Compressor Technique Service business development through the implementation of the optimal marketing mix of product – price – promotion – place – people. In practice, this optimal mix will be implemented through a yearly sales plan.

Product: Continuously evaluate the mix of CTS products best suited for the Hungarian market. Promote actively a specific range of products through a yearly marketing plan.
Price: Be continuously updated on market price levels with details about main competitors. Price every product in line with the marketing plan and market potential against current market levels.
Promotion: Integrate a mix of promotional actions (mailing, articles, advertisements, seminars, etc.) in the yearly marketing plan.
Place: Territory Management. Define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of salesmen, including the own sales function.
People: Be a coach and motivator for the sales team. Have the right people at the right place. Empower and grow the people in line with our corporate values and guidelines in “The Way We Do Things”.

In addition, you will have the overall responsibility for the financial results covers turnover, profit, costs at CTS division and therefore interact with the Service department, to optimize the sales of our products for existing and new installations. Your focus is on customer satisfaction and NPS result. You will also contribute to the development of systems, sales tools and training to achieve a competitive advantage in the Hungarian market.

Your Profile:
Educational requirements

• University degree – technically and/or commercially oriented
Or similar through experience

Knowledge

• Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and marketing of industrial equipment both in direct and distributor channels, leadership experience
• Good knowledge of the CT Products, AC customers and CTS Products
• Keen interest and hands-on user experience with IT systems
Good command of Hungarianand English language in both writing and speaking. Knowledge of any other language as advantage

Personality requirements

• Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills, always striving for new challenges and ideas
• Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill
• Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations
• This position will also include very frequent traveling to customers within the region
