DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Firmwide Gen AI team in our Budapest office. The Program Manager will work closely with the team based in New York City and will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of Gen AI solutions, ensuring successful project execution, monitoring and reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will:

Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans for Gen AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and objectives.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the firm.

Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, escalating as needed to ensure transparency and visibility

Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and synergy on Gen AI projects.

Monitor and report on project performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement to ensure progress against objectives.

Lead initiatives to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Gen AI programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

3-4 years of relevant professional experience in project/program management

Interest in artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work with team members across different time zones

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

You might also have:

Experience working with artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA, etc.).

Familiarity with internal systems and processes is a plus.
