About the role
We are looking for an excellent communicator, team player, creative thinker and naturally curious individual to join Grayling Hungary's Consumer & Digital Team. Our consumer and digital experience spans across a broad variety of sectors, including fashion retail, hospitality/tourism, technology, premium drinks and the third sector.
As a Senior PR Consultant/Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of effective and creative solutions which deliver for Grayling's clients by building strong relationships with the client teams and by managing internal teams and processes skillfully. In addition, you'll help build strong relationships with the media and influencers and you'll also be exposed to working on pitches and developing new business opportunities.
We are looking for maternity cover in the period of 18 months, but as we are growing there might be opportunity that the engagement is extended or changed in permanent position.

The day to day

• Leads and coordinates a team of 3-4 juniors (consultants, junior consultants, interns).
• Supports senior directors in team management and planning.
• Takes personal ownership and responsibility for all tasks and deadlines.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients, continually fostering the client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource.
• Manages multiple projects from conception to completion, anticipating challenges and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Interprets and responds to client briefs, developing effective communication strategies.
• Resolves client issues.
• Contributes to crisis management plans and provides support.
• Demonstrates and utilizes knowledge of traditional and digital media to maximize impact.
• Effectively manages media relations.
• Creates various copywriting tasks and manages several types of projects.
• Possesses strong knowledge of digital media, which is essential for this role.
