Service Portfolio Analyst (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to bring clarity and efficiency to our Client Education portfolio as Service Portfolio Analyst (f/m/d) in Hungary. What you'll be doing:

Overseeing and optimizing the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency in offerings.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in the service portfolio, particularly through in-depth analysis in Excel.
Acting as the key liaison between Sales and Client Education, offering expert guidance during project initiation and portfolio management.
Conducting financial analysis to ensure cost-effective operations and delivering actionable insights to management.
Creating standardized, high-quality reports and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Managing external consultancies for ERP-related projects, ensuring smooth execution post-budget approval.
Driving proactive process improvements across Client Education, collaborating closely with department leads to streamline operations.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high-quality standards in all client interactions.

What we look for:

3+ years of experience in client education, clinical research, or relevant fields. Experience in contract management and process optimization is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between teams and act as a mediator when needed.
Analytical mindset with solid business acumen, able to develop data-driven models and recommendations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven track record of improving business processes.
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain composure in all situations.
