SOFTWARE ENGINEER MANAGER

What You'll Do

• You will lead a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of embedded software projects for Well Sense TM systems to meet milestones, quality expectations and budget objectives,
• You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to plan and execute SW projects according to the given SW engineering and evaluation standards (ASPICE, ISO-standards, …),
• You will support all global SW engineering teams with platform related content and global the reuse of this content in their regional projects (multisite),
• You will implement cybersecurity measures according to cybersecurity ISO 21434 to protect vehicle software from unauthorized access and cyber threats,
• You will deliver integrated software development tools framework to Application teams,
• You will work in a sparkling international environment with colleagues, customers and suppliers across Europe, North America and Asia.

What You'll Bring

• You have an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Software,
• You have at least 5 years of experience in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams in electronics and / or systems engineering,
• You are proficient in Embedded C,
• You have AUTOSAR and Aspice experiences,
• You have deep understanding of future trends in connected vehicle architecture including current networks and future direction (e.g., domain-based control),
• You must speak English and German as well,
• You have excellent technical project management skills, including planning and organization, decision-making, problem-solving and project management,
• You have demonstrated ability to be creative and resourceful (e.g., sourcing external partners, and collaborating with customers to solve new problems).
