Collaborate Effectively: Regularly interact with Hiring Managers, keeping them informed and supported throughout the recruitment process to fully understand each and every vacancy in detail.

Elevate Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional candidate journey, achieving high satisfaction scores and receiving positive feedback from hiring teams.

Refine Job Descriptions: Provide expert guidance to ensure job descriptions are inclusive, accurate and attract the right talent.

Market Insight: Partner closely with HR/Finance and Regional Talent Leads to offer insights on market trends and salary benchmarks

Engage Actively: Build diverse candidate pipelines using a variety of social sources, driven by your passion for making impactful hires.

Assess Talent: Identify and qualify candidates through phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings, summarizing feedback professionally and recommending next steps.

Champion Diversity: Commit to building teams that reflect diverse perspectives and backgrounds, actively promoting employee referrals.

Leverage Social Platforms: Understand the importance of socializing job opportunities and engaging hiring teams to add value to the recruitment process.

Utilize Tools Efficiently: Recognize Workday as a key tool and ensure its daily use to track all recruitment activities.

Meet established service levels (SLAs) to maintain excellent client value add and demonstrate strong recruiting standards and methods.
- Experience: 6+ years in technology sourcing and recruiting, with a strong track record in engaging passive candidates.
- Partnership: Proven ability to collaborate with Business Leaders, providing education and support on best practices in recruitment.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong presence on Linked In and social media sites for professionals.
- Metrics-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting service levels (SLAs) and maintaining strong recruitment funnels, owning your desk.

Proven experience educating, supporting, and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing, and selection.
- Market Engagement: Well-established in the market with a history of attending and participating in local and community-based networking events.
- ATS Expertise: Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensuring compliance with EEO processes. Capable of discussing hiring activity using ATS reports and sharing progress confidently at any time.
- Passion for Diversity: A deep commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Communication & Adaptability: Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Diplomacy and confidentiality are a must.
- High Volume Recruiting: Comfortable managing a high volume and diverse range of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Business-level English.
