- The Sales Team leader will take full ownership of the sales cycle for the assigned customer account(s) which includes listing presentations, execution, forecasting and promotional planning.
- Coordinating the sales team and support its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly
- Communication with clients
- Acquisition of new clients
- Monitoring of market development from the point of products, distributors, and competitors
- Presentation of products
- Support of marketing actions e.g., trade fairs
- Creation of reporting’s, benchmarking, and sales statistics
- Cooperation with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance, and other departments
- Active enforcement of legal, health and safety regulations within the team
