• The Sales Team leader will take full ownership of the sales cycle for the assigned customer account(s) which includes listing presentations, execution, forecasting and promotional planning.

• Coordinating the sales team and support its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly
• Communication with clients
• Acquisition of new clients
• Monitoring of market development from the point of products, distributors, and competitors
• Presentation of products
• Support of marketing actions e.g., trade fairs
• Creation of reporting’s, benchmarking, and sales statistics
• Cooperation with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance, and other departments
• Active enforcement of legal, health and safety regulations within the team
