Team/Role Overview

The Supply Chain Operations (SCO) supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment.

The SCO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls.

Through managing the day-to-day transactional processes, Citi’s Supply Chain Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting Citi’s mission. We are seeking a Systems Support and Testing Coordinator to join our System Operations team.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and participate in user acceptance- and production validation testing and contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows for systems used by Citi’s SCO organization.

What you will do:

• Support the businesses with testing of new system setups, workflows
• Coordinate testing initiatives
• Ensure all milestones are completed in a timely manner
• Escalate to the management if any potential risks or delays are identified
• Be the liaison between core business and technology teams to implement systematic and reporting related changes.
• Participate in calls, meetings and give updates on a clear and precise way to ensure common understanding between key stakeholders and technology
• Define further improvement opportunities, trainings and best practices

What we need from you:

• 3-5 years relevant experience, Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage
• Professional English knowledge (spoken and written), additional languages are not required, but can be an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work for fixed deadlines
• Proactivity, resiliency, and creative mindset
• ‘Can-do’-attitude for finding solutions
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
• Experience with working across various teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
