We are looking for a Technical Architect to join in our international team providing customer support for Core Networks products.

Your primary tasks include technical support in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, 4LS customer ticket handling and emergency support for customer network incidents.
Your other team members are located in Finland which makes full remote work in Hungary possible in this position.

• 10+ years of working experience in telecom field
• MSc or BSc degree
• understanding of core network elements and solutions and their value to operators
• knowledge of development processes, realization and “Go To Market” -processes
• understanding of 3G/4G/5G call flows
• knowledge on Cloud Infra (Open Stack, VMware) and Red Hat Open Shift Container platform
• technology & tools: Unix Shell Scripts, Perl, Python, usage of simulators as relevant
• Unix & Linux Systems (installation, administration, use)
• IP Networks understanding
• ability to organize technical workshops and trials to counterparts
• fluent spoken and written English skills
• positive mindset and “can do” attitude
• experience on Shared Data Layer (SDL) -product is valued
