JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS
FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE:

Providing CT/LIC customers with technical support through selection of the paint processes, product demonstrations and paintshop staff trainings.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Selection of the right paint specification to meet the requirements of each CT/LIC account. Commercial transport/light industrial coatings

Performing painting demonstrations/trials.

Providing the necessary technical documents such as Technical Data Sheets to the customers and ensure they understand all information and comply with them.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely solving any technical issues relating to CT/LIC products both by phone/e-mail and through visits at customer premises.

Identification of training needs of existing and new accounts.

Monitoring and auditing the quality of the end-users paint work by the painting process improvement or finding new solutions and testing them together with customers.

REQUIRES: (Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge)
Technical secondary school
Technical Instructor belongs to the team which has been created to grow CT/LIC business in Central Europe.
The main task of Technical Instructor is to give full technical support to New Business Manager and PPG importers in the process of winning new and maintaining current accounts.
The position requires excellent knowledge and experience in the field of professional painting. Presentation skills are important as well as paint products knowledge, an in-depth understanding of paint technology and the ability to transfer own knowledge and skills to others.
Basic communication in English is a must. Hungarian is a must.
Willing to travel at least 80% of working time.
