Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Incumbent must have experience in handling Finance Accounting in a Large Company. Candidates having experience in handling retail accounting of large no. of Retail Outlets/Manufacturing Plants at multi locations across many States of India will be ideal for the role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

To provide analytical support to the Finance Team and continually improves our financial systems and data.
To effectively plans cash flow needs based on assumptions made.
To undertake AOP Adherence.
To manage optimum utilization of the funds.
To improve Compliance and ensure adherence of processes.

Customer Oriented

To improve financial governance by reducing number of observations by statutory and internal auditors related.
To liaison with internal & external authorities.
To analyze various MIS reports for providing feedback to top management.

People Oriented

To ensure key team members participation in professional up gradation Training on Accounting.
To present the monthly profitability figures to retail team including management.

Internal Business Process

To ensure that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payables and receivables within the pre-set parameters.
To liaise with the central accounting team on key areas of financial control.
To ensure timely payments and other statutory compliances.
