Accountant and HR Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad, India.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile professional to handle both accounting and human resources responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial management and HR administration. Responsibilities:
1. Accounting :
o Monthly Invoice Generation, Dues bills payments, monthly /weekly accounting activities. o Coordinates with CA for accounting related activities.
2. Human Resources:
o Provide general administrative support.
o JD preparation o Job Posting across various platforms.
o Ensure compliance with organization policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
o Maintain accurate information in employee pay-related databases.
o Handle Hiring to onboarding whole hiring process.
o Prepare appraisals documents.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Human resource or a related field.
 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
 Familiarity with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan and accomplish goals.
 Works well under general supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
