We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping and Invoicing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating shipping labels and creating invoices for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and print shipping labels for customer orders using our shipping software.
- Create and process invoices accurately for all orders.
- Ensure all shipments are prepared and sent out in a timely manner.
- Verify customer information and order details for accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain records of shipments and invoices for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding order status and any discrepancies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and invoicing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email.
