About the Job - Max Life Insurance Company is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Advisors.As an Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing financial guidance and assistance to clients, helping them secure their financial future through appropriate insurance products and services. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to achieve sales targets.Responsibilities:Build a term and make them successful.Engage with potential customers brought by your team and conduct detailed financial needs analysis to understand their insurance requirements.Provide professional advice and recommend suitable insurance policies to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for insurance policy applications and claims.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and effectively promoting insurance products.
