Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a focus on interior spaces. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of interior spaces, ensuring that they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior designs that align with client needs and project specifications.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software.
Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design and budget requirements.
Coordination: Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and address any issues that arise.
Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials wherever possible.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Experience: Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior spaces.
