Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the designated area.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the

area.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional

manner.
Work Environment:

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in civil or mechanical engineering, Business, Marketing or related feild.
• Minimun 5+ years experience in sales in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) field, with atleast 2 year in manegerial role with specific grophrapic area or territory.
• Must have a strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems and their applications.
