Assistant Vice President - Performance and Reward

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Performance and Reward.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of relevant Performance & Reward policies and programs within the business, aligned with Group Performance & Reward, and coordinate key strategic processes, working through the Generalist teams
  • Responsible for effective design and delivery of Benefits , Wellbeing & Recognition strategy for entities and leads the implementation of initiatives in close collaboration with HR other HR teams, E.g. includes program managing Annual runway initiatives, Benefit re-design & enhancement, Policy formulation, Continuous improvement on benefit processes, Vendor Relationship management, Complex query/escalation management, Benefit communication and reporting etc.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monetizing multiple vendor relationships to drive seamless delivery of critical employee benefits, enhancements & new product/proposition launches (local/global projects). Also, responsible for regular check-ins with vendor partners to track service metrics, troubleshoot issues/concerns, investigate, and provide solutions, manage escalations, and complex query resolution.
  • Act as product champion for (Performance and Reward) P&R to stakeholders across the HR function and within the business, building awareness and adoption of relevant products and processes, including total reward narrative, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements as appropriate .
  • Build and foster a good working relationship within the Group P&R team, P&R Hub, HR Business Partners, and external consultants/vendors and working with the relevant stakeholders in delivering desired programme outcomes and collaborating through the life cycle, Reporting of status, outcomes, and risks etc. as appropriate
  • Responsible for managing and providing subject matter expertise on all activities related to vendor on-boarding, risk management and risk reporting as the Benefit Contracts owner, E.g., Procurement (existing renewals/ new vendors),Third Party Engagement Management, Third Party Risk Assessments, Management Reporting, Risk acceptance and reporting etc.
  • Responsible for FRP planning, benefits budgeting, and review of all benefit plans (All Insurance plans, country specific benefits) based on Cost, Competitiveness, compliance, and customer value.
  • Collaborate with P&R benefits Hub and HRA /HR Contact Centre teams to build robust HR Direct content, FAQs and responsible for content management on HR Direct P&R policies and articles. Additionally, maintain P&R knowledge by keeping abreast of published materials, competitor practice, external market developments and trends and legislative and regulatory developments.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead review, design and manage benefit product and proposition portfolio
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of current benefit legislation and statutory requirements for countries in which operate
  • Strong program management, consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently in a high-volume environment
  • Relationship Management: ability to navigate through complex, matrix organizations
  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Human Resource
  • 7-9 years of required and demonstrated HR experience/ responsibility in managing Rewards and Benefits in one or more of the countries in which the s are located
