Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives
Shift: Rotational US shifts
Working Days: 5 days a week
Off Days: 2 weeks off

Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our international B2B sales team. As an International B2B Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building relationships with international clients, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to potential clients in the US market.
Identifying and qualifying sales leads.
Effectively presenting product or service offerings to clients.
Addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in English.
Freshers or experienced candidates with relevant experience in B2B sales (international voice process) are welcome.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a BPO environment.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
