Back Office Operations/ Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for following position with reputed garment manufacturing and export house for their Lower Parel head office.
Position: Back-office Operations/ Customer Support
Job Location: Lower Parel (W)
Desired Profile: Graduate with very good English communication with min 4 to 8 years' experience.
Job Profile:
  • Collaborate with inventory control teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide them with the necessary information.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
