Title: Service Billing Analyst

Expected Duration: 13 Month Contract
Payrate - $32.00/HR
Summary:
The Billing and Contract Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, investigating, and resolving service billings and inquiries related to contracts. This role ensures that contract terms and goals are aligned with both the customer's and the company’s needs. The Analyst also provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested. The position requires managing, organizing, and analyzing data, and acting as a resource to implement solutions. The role applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to analytical work, with some level of evaluation, originality, or ingenuity required.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track, analyze, investigate, and resolve service billings and inquiries related to contracts.
• Provide information and recommendations to management, ensuring contract terms align with company and customer needs.
• Offer ad hoc reporting and analysis upon request.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge of specific work processes or areas.
• Provide analytical support to assigned areas, looking in-depth at relevant information.
• Manage, organize, and analyze data or other information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Act as a resource in implementing solutions, offering insights and recommendations.
• Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to the role, requiring some originality or ingenuity in execution.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong customer orientation and a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• This role offers an opportunity to engage in analytical work that supports contract management and service delivery, requiring a combination of technical skills and customer-focused thinking.
