LRL India 2 Pvt. Ltd., a leading garment manufacturing company in Porbandar, Gujarat is hiring for the position of Bookkeeper to manage the financial transactions and records of our garment manufacturing unit in Porbandar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Financial Records
- Keep track of all financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and expenses.
- Manage supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and timely payments.
- Coordinate with the production team to track inventory, raw material purchases, and finished goods.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as required by law.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements for management review.
- Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, alerting management to any financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Quick Books, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Preferred
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
