We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth using Salesforce as the primary tool for CRM and sales automation. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects using Salesforce CRM.
- Meet targets allocated on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Customize Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows to optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Salesforce.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Salesforce innovations
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Business development: 1 year (Required)
