Category Manager: The Category Manager in the Service Department will be responsible for managing and optimizing the service category. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, supplier management, and P&L management to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze category performance metrics and KPIs. Implement improvement initiatives based on performance data.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to align category strategies with overall business goals. Communicate category plans and performance to senior management.
Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously improving service offerings and delivery. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Financial Management: Manage category budgets and financial targets. Taking complete responsibility of the P&L for the given category.
Whom Do we Look for?

• Any Bachelor’s degree or Masters
• Proven experience as a Category Manager or similar role, in service delivery
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Must have experience in P&L handling.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
