Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for driving growth of a specific business category/(s) of product within the company in alignment with m Pokket’s growth vision
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with various companies that align with the business objectives and enhance product offerings and services
  • Building brand partnerships and product portfolio on the platform. Long-term revenue targeting and forecasting
  • Drive Marketing strategy and execution
  • Lead negotiations and contract development processes with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements that align with the business objectives
  • Build and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of professionals responsible for managing sales & marketing strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Work closely with a team of product managers, engineers and QA leads to execute project(s) from concept to production. oversee and optimize the performance of a specific product category within a company
  • Collaborate with multiple external parties including vendors and service providers to execute the projects successfully


Required Skills:


  • Post Graduate in Business Management from Tier I school or allied fields with 8+ years of experience in category management, sales or business development
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling businesses in the consumer internet space
  • In-depth understanding of the digital commerce landscape across sectors, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Demonstrated excellence in new business development and resilience in 0 to 1 execution, , with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and driving business growth
  • Working with a growth mindset , embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. Looks forward to working on new and challenging problem statements.
