Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and provide strategic financial advice. Knowledge of the stock market is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse financial statements; offer performance insights.
2.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations by RBI, SEBI, and other bodies.
3.Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks including credit and liquidity risks.
4.Internal Auditing: Conduct audits, enhance internal controls, and improve efficiency.
5.Tax Planning & Compliance: Handle tax planning, compliance, and optimization.
6.Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities.
7.Financial Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
8.Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
9.Stock Market Exposure: Basic knowledge of the equity market.
Treasury Management: Manage liquidity and working capital.
10.Accounting Standards: Adhere to accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS).
Fraud Detection: Implement measures to prevent financial fraud.
