JD FOR COMPANY SECRETARY
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Maintaining statutory registers, records under company law and secretarial Standards.
· Will be responsible for compliance with Registrar of Companies, Official SEBI, Liquidators, Stock exchanges, and co-ordination with Statutory, Internal and Secretarial Auditors.
· Obtaining DIN for directors, Appointment & Cessation of Directors, KMP and Auditors;
· Compliance-filing with the ministry of corporate affairs, filing of forms, preparation of board minutes and general minutes.
· Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
· Hands on experience with preparations of resolutions, Notice agenda, attendance sheet, Day to day activities, liaisoning with ROC and regulatory bodies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Qualified Company Secretary – Professional / CS - semi qualified from (ICSI) Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 1-3 years of experience.
· Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
· Able to make plans and effectively work in a team in a secretarial role.
