Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other corporate laws.
- Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Maintain and update all statutory registers and records.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as ROC, and other government bodies.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of board meetings, and annual general meetings.
- Advise the board on corporate governance and other legal matters.
- Ensure timely filing of returns, documents, and other forms with the Registrar of Companies (Ro C).
- Act as a point of contact for the Board of Directors on statutory matters and governance issues.
- Must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- 1 years of experience in corporate law and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and other relevant laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
