INDIAai, the National AI Portal of India, is seeking an experienced and talented Content Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, tech research, or tech communication and possess the ability to transform complex AI concepts into engaging and accessible content. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a keen eye for detail to oversee our content strategy and ensure the highest quality standards across all our platforms.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility
Strategize and Collaborate:

Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content team to develop a compelling content strategy that aligns with the Ministry's vision and goals.
Shape narratives and identify key themes to create a vibrant and informative online space.
Proactively contribute your expertise and creativity to enhance content offerings.

Build Knowledge Assets:

Coordinate with Research and Content Associate to craft high-quality knowledge assets, including FAQs, infographics, and explainer videos, to demystify AI concepts and applications.
Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a user-friendly format.

Maintain Event Relevance:

Regularly update the portal with information about upcoming AI events, conferences, and workshops to keep the audience informed and engaged.

Ministry Support:

Serve as a dependable resource, ready to tackle ad hoc requests and research assignments from the Ministry.

Edit Content and Newsletter:

Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines in all content submissions.
Provide constructive feedback to authors to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their writing.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

A degree in Journalism or Science/tech communication.
6-8 years of experience in Tech content writing, editing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
This role would be a Vendor Consultant role
