Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through outbound calls, with the goal of expanding our corporate client base.
Job Description:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our products.
• Identify and engage with influencers (influencer marketing) to create compelling video content that promotes our tea products

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
