Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, industry reports, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies
- Conduct market research, host focus groups, and gather feedback to shape marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals and develop effective marketing campaigns
- Develop and document comprehensive marketing strategies, project briefs, and creative direction
- Work closely with creative directors, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Monitor and track marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet expectations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, creative strategy, or a related field
- Strong understanding of market research methods, data analysis, and customer insights
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing content.
