Job Title: CSR Executive
Job Summary:
The CSR Executive will support the development and implementation of the trust's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and programs. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for social causes, particularly in the education sector, who can engage with stakeholders, monitor project execution, and contribute to impactful community development.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Implementation:

• Assist in designing and executing CSR programs, particularly in education, skill development, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the trust’s CSR objectives and regulatory compliance.

2.Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, educational institutions, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate community outreach activities, including organizing events, workshops, and campaigns to promote the trust’s CSR initiatives.
• Prepare communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and presentations to share the trust’s CSR impact with stakeholders.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to CSR activities, including impact assessment, budget utilization, and feedback from beneficiaries.
• Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors, management, and regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and documentation for CSR grants, funding opportunities, and partnerships.

4.Awareness and Advocacy:

• Drive awareness campaigns on key social issues, particularly education, within the community and the organization.
• Support the organization in achieving sustainability goals by promoting ethical practices and social responsibility across all functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in CSR, social work, or community development, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Passion for social causes, particularly education and youth development.

Desired Competencies:

• Understanding of CSR frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements in India.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or proposal development is advantageous.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
