Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a background in stocks and mutual funds to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and a proven track record in managing client relationships. As a Customer Relationship Manager at Choice India, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, addressing their needs, and helping them navigate their investment options effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all investment-related queries and concerns.
- Investment Guidance: Provide expert advice on stocks, mutual funds, and other investment products, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Account Management: Oversee client portfolios, monitor performance, and proactively suggest adjustments to enhance returns and align with clients’ goals.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and changes in investment products to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including financial advisors and product specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive client support.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to clients, highlighting portfolio performance and strategic recommendations.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on stocks and mutual funds.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
