Position :: Desktop/ Technical Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :-
· To provide onsite support to the client for their routine IT breakdown and software issues.
· Provide remote support / technical assistant to customers for OS related and software issues
· Troubleshoot various hardware and software calls for desktop, printer and networking devices.
· Should be able to install Windows 7, 10,11 and baseline software’s like PDF reader, 7Zip, etc.
· Outlook Configuration.
· Monitor internet connectivity and co-ordinate with ISP vendor in case of ISP down
· Monitor CCTV connectivity and co-ordinate with concern vendor
· Network cable crimping and troubleshooting for network related issues.
· IT Asset Inventory and Proper Tagging on AMC assets
· Co-ordination with OEM vendor for warranty support
· Co-ordination with Concor IT team in case of any concor software related issues
· Co-ordination with A’bad engineer in case of any help required for IT software
