Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative campaigns across various digital platforms, aiming to boost brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive high conversion rates.
What You’ll Do but not limited to:

• Digital Advertising: You will manage and optimise Google and Facebook Ads campaigns. Your role will include creating targeted ads, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B & B2C clients & Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Content Optimization: Improve the visibility and engagement of website content and social media platforms through strategic optimisation.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics; provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, engaging with online communities to build brand loyalty.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and provide insights to shape future strategies.

What we’re looking for?

• Immediate joiner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign creation & optimisation.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
• Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPI, CPA, etc) across Google, FB, You Tube, affiliates, and others.
• Highly proficient with the Facebook Ads Manager and other tools on the FB Business Manager.
• Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove statistical significance between ad and target market variations.
• Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics software, as well as keyword research, setting up campaigns, and optimizing ads.
