Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and social media profiles to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them in campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
