The Director of Product for HDFC AMC will lead product innovation and strategy development for the asset management vertical, driving product offerings that meet market demand and align with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience as a product manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or fintech sectors.
• Strong track record in managing financial product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
• Ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals.
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, financial services, and regulatory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies for HDFC AMC’s mutual fund and asset management products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, and operations to ensure seamless product development.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
• Lead product launches and continuously monitor performance to drive product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders to align product offerings with broader company objectives.
