Job Objective

Design & development of application engineering projects for the business.He / she will have to comply with the systems, policies and procedures within the design function and will also be responsible for goals within the Business Unit.

Primary Responsibilities

Will be responsible for Design, Development of Application engineering projects for the business. He / she will have to comply with the systems, policies and procedures within the design function and will also be responsible for goals within the Business Unit.

Key Result Areas

Developing projects using engineering principles and techniques with implementation in Design.
Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput of machines.
Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing, vendors and customers (CAPA)
Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design
Should Consider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints while designing.
Preparing Bill of Material in SAP.
Time, Cost & documentation control.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Education:BE Mechanical (mandatory) + Certification in Solid Edge (preferable)

Experience: 4 to 8 years work experience in designing &developing packaging machinery equipment/ SPM
