Theater is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion start-up based in India. Our mission is to create India's best design-led, mass-premium western fashion company. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our founders and play an active role in our continued success.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Founders will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the company's founders. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the founders. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared for meetings.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Prepare briefing materials and ensure all documents are accurate and timely.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience: Proven 3 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives or founders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the founders.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
