Job Profile:
· 1. Manage CRDO’s Diary/ Calendar without any mistakes.
· 2. Managing admin activities for the R&D lab including petty cash etc.
· 3. Manage and assist the R&D head for personal end (family/home).
· 4. Travel officially with the CRNDO across locations (primarily Baroda)whenever required.
· 5. Schedule the meetings & maintaining communication for the same.
· 6. Assisting to prepare for meetings reports/presentation.
· 7. Using various software & applications – Microsoft office, Google calendar, Google keep, one note, & Microsoft BI.
· 8. Managing Travel – Official & Personal.
· 9. Maintaining all her accounts – Official & Personal expenses.
· 10. Paying all bills – Car, electricity, Gas, telephone etc.
· 11. Travel expenses
· 12. Preparing reports – Excel, PPT & other documents
· 13. Strong Interpersonal skills.
