Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Factory Automation Engineers (2-5 years) to join our Factory Automation team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Servo motors & drives.Also, we need PLC programming, HMI development, Vision & Motion controllers, and, withexperience in handling automation projects from concept to execution. The role requiresfamiliarity with Factory Automation systems and strong troubleshooting.

● Develop and design PLC, HMI, Vision & Motion Controllers, and Servo motor/drivesystems for Factory Automation projects.
● Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project goalsand customer specifications are met.
● Create functional specifications, design documents, and testing protocols forautomation systems.
● Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and Servo drives from leadingbrands.
● Integrate Vision & Motion Controllers into Factory Automation systems tooptimize operational performance.
● Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet industrial standards.
● Provide on-site installation, technical support, and system commissioning.
● Stay updated with advancements in Factory Automation technologies and trends.
Requirements:
● Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Automation preferred)
.● Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development,Vision & Motion Controllers, and Servo Motors & Drives in Factory Automation.
● PLC Platforms: Proficiency in PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley,Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric.
● HMI Development: Experience with HMI software from leading manufacturers like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric.
● Servo Systems: Hands-on experience with Servo Motors from brands like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, or Omron.
● Vision & Motion Controllers: Added advantage for candidates with experience inintegrating Vision & Motion Controllers in automation systems.
● Industrial Protocols: Familiarity with OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and otherindustrial protocols.
● Factory Automation: Strong understanding of Factory Automation processesand requirements.
● Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to workboth independently and in teams.
● Travel: Willingness to travel for system installations and support at customer sites.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
