Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial and Home Automation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in home automation systems, industrial automation, and laboratory training. This role requires a passion for teaching and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in most effective manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for industrial and home automation

courses

• Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations

• Provide guidance and support to students

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation

technologies

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational

objectives

• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for

improvement
Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Industrial automation systems.

• Proficiency in industrial automation technologies (e.g., HMI, PLCs, SCADA,

robotics).

• Excellent instructional and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education -Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer
Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation,
home automation, or related fields
Languages - Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, Kannada
Personality - Pleasant, Confident, Well Groomed, Honest
CTC - INR 40,000 to 45,000 per month
