Looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Skill Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various skill development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Seeking a highly energetic, dynamic & good communicator candidate who should be able to manage all stakeholders for timely completion of courses.

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate skill development projects from inception to completion
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals

Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Education - Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project coordination/ Project management in relevant industry
Languages - Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, Kannada
Personality - Pleasant, Confident, Well Groomed, Honest
CTC - INR 30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
