Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets. This is a field-based role that requires extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
· Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
· Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
· Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
· Keep a record of sales trends and feedback.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
