We are looking for Finance Manager Job Title: Finance Manager – India and USA Operations
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the Saa S (Software as a Service) industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in accounting practices, financial analysis, and advanced proficiency in Excel. This role requires a meticulous professional who can handle complex financial data, provide insightful analysis, and support the financial operations of our company across both India and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for India and the USA.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.

USA Operations:

• Create and maintain invoices in Quick Books for over 100+ customers
• Address invoice-related queries from USA clients.
• Set up autopayments and assist customers with payments via ACH, credit cards, and other payment gateways. Follow up on invoice payments and initiate reminders via Quick Books. Clarify client doubts and prepare and share outstanding payment reports. Submit AR-related reports to management and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accounts payable for vendors monthly, enter invoices in Quick Books, integrate payments with the bank account, and approve autopayments. Report payable and disputed payments to management.
• Process payments for payroll and contractors through Quick Books.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheet schedules, and graphical presentations. Maintain business growth KPIs.
• Reconcile USA bank accounts in Quick Books.

India Operations:
Finalize accounts, including balance sheet and profit and loss account with related schedules and notes, as per Accounting Standards.
File tax returns including GST, TDS, ESI, PF, STPI, SOFTEX, and EXPORT-FOREX.
Process payroll for 100 Indian employees, including PF, TDS, LOP, VP, and others.
Prepare approval lists and obtain management approval for the payment process.
Prepare and track monthly budgets.
Consolidate accounts for group companies.
Follow up on receivables status and manage GST for sales and service. 1
Manage day-to-day vouchers and payments with TDS, accounts payable, cash flow, banking, BRS, and petty cash.
Ensure monthly book closing with statutory submissions to various government departments like GST, STPI, TDS, and PF.
Manage branch operations, including payment approvals and audits.
Verify actual spending against the monthly budget.
Manage and approve salaries, VP, and incentives.
Consolidate accounting for monthly ledger verification and prepare standalone financials.
