We have an exciting role of Finance Operations - Specialist. You will play a key role in Financial Data activities to ensure a smooth flow of the process. This might be a great fit if you are result oriented and excited to be part of a growing team.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Daily Review of the D365 Expense Report/Accounts Payable Queues:
2. Daily review of the D365 queues of rejected/draft expense reports.
3. Daily review of the D365 queues of rejected/draft expense reports
- Daily Review of the D365 Expense Reports/Vendor Invoices:
2. Daily expense approval verification
3. Accurately code and classify expenses based on the nature of the expenditure Ensure that charges have been approved.
- Experience in Vendor Master Data Maintenance
- Monthly analysis of certain GL accounts that require creatin accruals
You will be working closely with
Senior Finance leaders from Omnicom Agencies, Accounting Teams, Controllers and Annalect Internal LeadershipThis may be the right role for you if you have
- Prior Experience in P2P with Travel and Expenses experience
- Finance Analyst with 6 to 8 years experience in Accounts receivable, billing, data analysis (Min Degree required)
- Proficient in MS Office – MS Excel is a must
- Extremely detail orientated
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills
- Great positive team attitude
- Ready to take up additional taks and challenges
- Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamis AX is a plus.
