Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Next.js and Python)
Location: India (Remote)
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11:30 PM IST (including breaks)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday on need basis
Salary: up to INR 1,00,000 per month (In-hand, contract position)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Nextjs / Python) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Next.js versions 13 and 14, as well as a strong background in Python development. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and AWS Dev Ops practices.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Next.js versions 13 and 14.
• Strong proficiency in Java Script/Type Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of Python development and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Circle CI, or Git Lab CI.
• Knowledge of AWS Dev Ops practices, including deployment automation, infrastructure as code (Ia C), and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of relational and No SQL databases.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer).
