Create visually appealing and yet technically rich communication material which is engaging to the audience.
Ability to understand the varied demographics, socio cultural variables of India and be sensitive with the communication material.
Participate in brainstorming and idea generation for creative strategies behind new geography launch, new product launch. Command on standard tools like Photoshop, AI, Coral Draw etc. More tools known, better the weightage. Experience with product UIs and design themes, emailers, WA Templates etc.
Has to be creative and able to visualize the needs with minimal inputs from the management.
Capable to understand the needs of marketing strategy and then apply creative ideas in designing marketing collateral
Should be good with English Grammar.
A degree in fine arts shall be a plus, though creativity is not a function of education and other may also apply.
