The Role
Lead Squared is a product suite with multiple products & modules tohelp businesses establish a platform to automate all sales processes. Platformis at the core around which all services, applications and modules are built.
We are looking for a seasoned product leader to help evolve our coreplatform in terms of data structure, core feature-set, services, and workflowcapabilities to drive the next leg of business growth and adoption in newerverticals.
Some of the core areas of responsibility would be:

Workwith executive leadership to understand the business plan and strategic focuson existing and new verticals.
Analyzethe gaps in core platform by working with customers, other engineering &product teams, sales and service teams and develop a long-term product roadmapfor core platform.
Workclosely with Engineering leadership to ensure the roadmap is inclusive oftechnical and non-functional requirements, and there is clear alignment onoverall priorities and execution plan.
Lead,coach and mentor product managers through the product lifecycle and developmentprocesses.
Establishand lead a strong design team to ensure standard UI/UX practices and deliverbest-in-class user experience.
Develop,execute and support pricing strategies based on product value and performance.
Ownthe KPI dashboard for the entire product suite – define measures, set goals,report on progress and drive KPI improvements.
Supportsales teams in pre-sale solution and go-to-market discussions.
Constantlyengage with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.

Key Requirements:

• 6+years of experience in product management of business applications andenterprise software.
• Deepunderstanding of Saa S business, core metrics and growth drivers.
• Experienceof managing multiple product teams and working with engineering teams todeliver software releases per plan.
• Exceptionallywell-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments
• Abilityto connect with sales, marketing and service teams to have a clear pulse ofmarket and customer needs and communicate our product capabilities anddifferentiators to them.
• Exceptionallistening, presentation and communication skills
