Job description: Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the problem statement or objective.
• Gather relevant data from various sources, databases, internal systems and combine data from multiple sources to a cohesive dataset using MS Excel.
• Clean the data by removing any duplicates, correcting errors, handling missing values to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ask the right questions, comprehend and use advanced excel techniques such as pivots, validation automation, formula, macros among others to analyze & interpret the data.
• Create various reports and dashboards such as headcount & attrition report, people cost reports, hiring & ad-hoc data reports etc.
• Work closely with the Director, HR Operations & Administration to learn to draw meaningful conclusions from the analysis and summarize key insights & recommendations.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

• Bachelors in any discipline; bachelor’s in engineering or mathematics, statistics is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in using advanced excel techniques
• Passionate about data with an affinity for numbers and metrics
• At least 1-2 years of experience with creating reports from scratch and analyzing HR related data
• Excellent comprehension skills & ability to ask the right questions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a learning mindset
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
